We have shared rooms for 95 euro per week and single rooms for 140 euro per week. All is included in the price, food, electricity, hot water, internet connection etc. We have a swimming pool in the garden and walking distance to the beach. In 30 mins by car or bus you reach Cadiz, in 1 hour Sevilla and 2 hours you can be in Gibraltar or Portugal. We can arrange routes in the weekends to visit the best places in Cadiz and Andalucia for a low extra cost. You can ask us for tourist information about Cadiz and Andalusia and information about water sports like kite surfing, surfing, kayaks, etc. We live in a very calm and relaxed area of the city, only 5 minutes walking from the beach. There is a bus to the centre in front the house or you can reach the centre in 20 minutes walking. We have bicycles and a kayak, a ping pong table etc.
